Monica Nelson and her family live in Firth, ID. She has also lived in Blackfoot and Mackay, ID. The hard-working people and rural friendliness are what keep her in Idaho.
She has over 6 years of experience helping seniors and families navigate the complexities of the Medicare system. Monica is an independent agent/broker who specializes in Medicare. Serving her community comes naturally to Monica. She is very involved and volunteers her time and talents to help others. She has coached various sports teams and currently teaches early morning fitness classes. For Monica, community commitment is part of who she is. Monica graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in K-12 physical and health education. Kailey Christensen joined Christensen Idaho Medicare Insurance in 2021, after marrying into the family. Despite being new in the health insurance department, Kailey is passionate about exploring and learning more about this insurance segment. Backed by this enthusiasm, she researches and studies further to find the best solutions for her customers.
Kailey graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in English and an emphasis in professional writing. Through college degree she gained research skills, communication skills, writing skills, editing skills, and formatting skills. These skills are her foundation to being a better agent. Ruth Oliverson loves meeting and helping citizens of Idaho and Utah with their health insurance! Insurance may seem like an impersonal venture, but that's not how Ruth approaches things. She cares deeply about her clients, and she goes the extra mile for them.
She attained her license in 2015 and started working in 2016. She's been a valued member of our team at Christensen Idaho Medicare Insurance ever since.
Ruth was born and raised in Utah and lived in Beaverton, OR in the 1990s. However, since then, she's planted her roots deeply in Eastern Idaho. She loves family history and genealogy. In her free time, she takes online classes, enjoys playing the organ in church, and practices calligraphy. She has four children and six grandchildren to fill her time.
